SEMB.N and SEMB.x Active trading tomorrow. the reason...

1. no more trading W15 and W16 so those buyers come to N and X
2. today some one match and buy @1.80 more than 1 million shares its shows interest on it.
3. company or big share holder may push up these stock then they can encourage to pay for those Warrants.
4. normal stocks N. X can make some money for big holders between the warrants conversion... after conversion may be it will go down little bit because N cost 1.60 who has the W15
5. anyway normaly Average price to SEMB 2/= of 2.20 so it will make move tomorrow..

..but feel sad about the people who bought warrants at high prices

Ya ya.. If not for a total failure of SEMB.X (as after conversion all ppl who would convert may lose money..

As u know, in order to convert these warrants you gotta pay 80 cents but the SEMB.X is goin at 60-70 cents now.. So even if u bought it at 10 cents still ur conversion cost is 90 cents... ppl who bought it at 40-50 cents are far more helpless.. Who want to convert these shares at a higher rate than market?? Who will buy??

On the contrary, SEMB.N is at least a tiny it attractive if you convert..

But then again, the number of shares are goin up in a massive qty so will degrade the share value eventually...

I'm not so sure whose gonna manipulate this now since to manipulate u need a fairly big qty like what Dr. Sent Hil had..

There were trading opportunities even till last month with warrant 15 but after conversion I don no whether it makes sense at alll...

small:- Conversion price for W16 is .80cents.
SEMB.N is less worse than SEMB.X I have traded on this share and have made good profit but I will not touch these in near future.

No one need to manipulate SEMB.N . from tomorrow more buyers interest in this stock .. who place and keep the order for W15 .. Then automatically it will go up .. at least 2.00 or 2.20 or more.... Laughing
