Please check with your broker,last week capital trust deliverd a paper mentioned about greg's future plans and so on...there it was mentioned that greg W2,warrent conversion date will be postponed to 2013.Before make any comments please check with your broker..

No..it is not a letter or email....it was couple of papers and i think greg has sent it to capital trust....if you know any broker from capital trust.....please check it....becouse i red it....

why would Greg send a letter to capital trust. Capital trust is not a governing body its just a brokering firm. If so Greg should send to CSE. Are u sure u read such a document?

Yes i red this letter they had written lots of things on thir future plans and so on....but please dont take any dicision without checking with your broker ...becouse stil it is not officialy published.....

According to the latest annual report this is what it says\

15.2.4 Details of the warrants outstanding at the Balance Sheet date
Warrants Issue:
2011 Warrants - 104,316,480 warrants at a price of Rs. 24.00 exercise date - 07th July 2011 and extended to 21st December 2011
2012 Warrants - 347,721,600 warrants at a price of Rs. 33.00 exercise date - 24th February 2012
2014 Warrants - 347,721,600 warrants at a price of Rs. 36.00 exercise date - 24th February 2014
2015 Warrants - 347,721,600 warrants at a price of Rs. 39.00 exercise date - 24th February 2015
