He is a very cunning seller..his bid ask gap is 0.40 cents. then people will eat it. Twisted Evil
selling pressure should be high since additional 10m of shares are in the market due to ESOP

COCR ESOP is @ Rs.30.58. Still they haven’t issue these shares. Further those shares will not have any selling pressure as no employee will sell below purchasing price. IN SAMP and JKH, ESOP shares do have selling pressure as they are issuing far below the market price. In COCR it's different. But I can’t agree for the collection theories either, as no body seem to be selling to him and selling pressure from 19,000 shares have no weight. In COCR lot of people bought it at higher prices, mostly above Rs.30/- and there's not much interest to sell, unless in a panic situation.

Yes I think ESOP is not carried out yet. But the question is would an employee buy shares at Rs30+ when the market offers at Rs 23-24 presently?

But that's the offer price. When they are announcing the ESOP share price was much higher. But when they are getting all regulatory approvals and shareholders’ approval, share price may increase. This whole process may take about minimum two months. According to company strategic plan they are expecting the share price to go beyond 200/-++ within next two years. Share is good for a medium to long term investor. But last two weeks it came down to 22/- levels from 26/- to 27/50 levels.

This is exactly why I pointed this out.

The ESOP was announced on Dec 16th at 30+. But the share price on Dec 16th was Rs 23.90 . Also today around same.

So is this a clue that someone will be doing somthing to get it up to Rs 30+ by the time of ESOP to make it attractive?
I do not know but am trying to read between the lines.

However, about the Rs 287 share target price in 3 years seems a bit optimistic. But I am not going to rule out as in due course we will see their growth targets are true to their predictions or not.

Right now their annualized eps is 2.44
NAv is 3,2 ( which is rather weak).

All depends on how their strategic plan is executed . Maybe it will be a wonder in CSE. Time will only tell. Right now I am keeping me reservations untill their plans are validated atleast within the next 1 year.

But short term targets of RS 30+ is possible if market recovers or someone will do something to make the price rise as per ESOP plan. The public holding is comparatively less.

It is however best to recall what happend to SHL when employees were asked to buy at Rs 29. Yes SHL was overvalued but COCR on EPS is fairly valued i should say around RS 25-30. PBV is rather disappointing presently.

All am saying is we should play safe with company propaganda unless we know our plan when to buy and when to sell.
