Today i have noticed that DirectFn TWS is showing wrong data in its charts even when the market is open.
Is this a common issue?

Yep.
I also noticed all 2011 year data are missing.
Seems like something to do with History archive files.
May be 'they' missed the relevant file.

You are correct not only data are missing but also the the clock is faster about 30 minutes. Also, I had difficulty in downloading history & historical charts still they are unable to fix it. At times it is difficult to get time & sales and order book. If these can be fixed it is a usefull software.

When market is open no history data, when the market is closed showing some funny data because of some test run, what is the purpose of having those charts then 

Still 2011 data is missing in Directfn charts. Crying or Very sad

YTD (Year-to-date) is not showing 2011! And it should be that way Very Happy

Change the time frame to 1 year or 6 months!

Stump - In History Mode Select 2 years and check before the 2012 Jan 2 data, it shows 2010 Dec 31st data.

If So, do a history download. It looks you are missing one archive file.
