CDAX shows wrong data

With the new system my GTC and GTD orders has vanished.So I placed new orders in the morning.In that time order tracker shows them.But now it doesn't show them.I checked account monitor, there is no sign for they filled or not.Buying power shows maximum.But When I contact my broker,he said orders are still in the system.some are filled.some are not.Buying power is (CDAX buying power/2).So how I take my future decisions with wrong data?

CSE website shows wrong trade time.but CDAX shows that correctly.

My CDAX is not working. my broker firm is unable to give a good answer. They say in five min it will work but so far i am unable to do online trading.
