I red something yesterday. It was quite useful. I just added some shares which reached lover price levels than the NAVs. I feel it may be useful to some one. If you know the extra details or other shares please add here.

1. CTLD NAV=49.06> Share Price=23
2. FLCH NAV=4.76 > Share Price=1.40
3. ACME NAV=19.22> Share Price=11
4. TWOD NAV=48.24> Share Price=11.50
5. LALU NAV=36.00> Share Price=18
6. KAPI NAV=30.84> Share Price=13.80
7. LCEY NAV=162.60> Share Price=128
8. SINI NAV=206.45> Share Price=165
9. DIMO NAV=841.00> Share Price=575
10. BRWN NAV=204.88> Share Price=106
11. ABAN NAV=101.17> Share Price=90
12. ACL NAV=74.78> Share Price=54
13. COCO NAV=57> Share Price=45
14. COCO NAV=54.60> Share Price=45

So, what do you feel about this? Is there any particular share to invest in these 14 shares.

Thanks for ur effort.

Well I am not much in to this fundamental analysis but what I have heard is looking at NAV to evaluate the share in the sense of valuation may be successfully/reliably applied in to some sectors only.ex:-Investment trust,land and property NAV is more reliable in valuation of the share.

NAV is useful for the valuation of shares in sectors where the value of a company comes from the assets it holds rather than the profit stream generated by the business. The most obvious examples of these are investment trusts and property companies. Both of these are largely convenient ways in which investors can buy the diversified bundles of assets they hold.

Here we have white bull , market bull & red bull, but real bull is not there-
old but useful sourse of information.

Some people are telling that the real bull is in the CSE now, but I can see only the real Bear.....
