There is a certain truth, many were failed to understand the statement. That could be the reason for beaten down the price to 18 on day before yesterday.

what I cant understand is, if it's so good, who would sell around 20 million shares in the last few days. Also trying to get rid of this share the price was brought down from 22 to 18. This cannot be the retailors selling, who got confused. just thinking

This is not so good and not too bad. My time frame is very short. I am planning towards next hearing date and most probably till XC date.

I think the offer is good for their long term shareholders (including the chairman, Mr. Melony) who are holding this for years without any significant gain in cash. They will not sell bonus shares after the XC date and you cannot expect exact (1/3) price drop after the XC.

XC date will most probably be fixed after 6th November.

I think people have to correct the mind set. Why we want to see profit after the day we get the share? Even for FD you have to be patience. I can assure TWOD is a profitable game. But many may like lose during the period.

TWOD court case is not a big issue, their issue is quality of earnings.
Better to buy before XC date once announced, Not now, market mispricing XD could yield some profit.
