There is no advertisement motive over here.this is simply social responsibility .This forum openly violating intellectual property rights (just having copy paste articles ) & some time it violating SEC rules & regulations ( I have proof ). some time using this for owners personnel gains & attacking he or his enemies (we have proof & evidence,we know the people behind this forum very well) but we respect you all .

Nihal77, as a new member we do not appreciate you threatening behavior. Please abide by forum rules.

There is a clear rule in this forum that source for an article needs to be given.

Tell me something directly, are you here to promote your website or genuinely share information for the benefit of the public. I need a direct honest answer.

Now don't say we are all here for personal agendas as I personally I have none to this date as a volunteer. I am here to given and take knowledge. After having seen how the other admin and the present moderators post, I can say that they are regular people who share their knowledge and stae their opinions without agendas. ( to what i have seen) . The will forum know it after observing comments for 2 years.

BTW, can we know what losses are you incurring and what steps are you going to take?

Before this becomes a waste of time and a unnecessary battle for all of us let me state somethign clearly.
The 2 admins and moderators are volunteers ( to this date) who are sacrificing their time here as public service since 2011 . We are not related to the Owner and joined this forum to share and discuss equity related topics. After contributing much, we climbed the steps to become admins and moderators as a democratic forum. Yes from time to time , new members prop up under nicknames ( we do not know who they are) and do posting to violate forum rules. Within our limited time when we see them violating rules we take action. Sometimes there can be instances that could have escaped us.

This forum allows copy & past of articles as long as they are relavant to the subject matter discussed and also the source of the article is acknowledged by the poster. Please note that once the source is acknowledged it does not violate the intelectual property rights unless it is expressly prohibitted by the auther. It also does not tantamount to plagairism either.

However, there may be cases where such violations escape unattended when the the attention of the moderators is not drawn to it. Please tell us if you come across such instnces in the future.

If you have done the same in this post please accept the responsibility for it and give the source without crying foul at the forum.

We encourage decent behaviour in the forum.
