this price is OK if overseas has improved profit margin but their profits have been declining. so regarding profits this rates are bit overpriced. good under 15.

මේගොල්ලොගෙ ශුද්ධ ආදායම් දැන් කාලයක ඉඳන් බනිනවා, ඒ නිසා මේ වගේ ගානක් තරමක් වැඩීයි. 15ට අඩුවෙන් නම් හොඳයි.

Short term Trades  fine..... price little bit high now 😬
My suggestion;
Study how Malaysian, Philippines, Indian real estate market starts and move forward...
High ends  condominiums sales dropped..
Segment moving to middle class market now...

But all the shares going on forced selling from about a month now. Started by the letter fiasco by well organized gang with a plan with SEC & CSE to bring down the market. so they can collect low and sell high.  Any one noticed today's trading pattern ? Not allowed to appreciate the price and before the market close brought all down.

Yes! it's good fundamental , safe and like you mention continues Dividend .. only disadvantage is not growth like OSEA.
