Dear Experts,
please give some ideas. is it worthwhile holding the below stocks, this is my PF
CIFL, PCH, COAR, SEMB X, CITW.
please also don't take this as a promotional request  but expect genuine ideas to sell all stocks or some of them because I have some credits also. my next focus is to keep one or two shares only. so far I have nothing gained from the market instead I lost half a million. I,m little trader actually not an investor. what to that's how it's went for me. May be I was not clever and intelligent (sometime lucky) to succeed in the market as others who were successful.
Tks Smile

You are not alone. many people get stuck with trading(including me) time to time.
your problem is trading with credit. it always better to play with cash. This is my plan for some of the sabres that you have mentioned.

I own SEMB.X , CITK and CIFL.
CITK can comapred to CITW moments.

I will hold all of SEMB (x or y) until i get a return. For SEMB.X ill try to do some swing trading if it move a little bit. I have buy orders @ .40 and filling them. I think some times it will touch .30's but i am not sure if i have chance to collect it for 0.30 levels.

BTW the way i play is not applicable to you. I have my own history with these shares, pre gains, and playing in cash. So i don't recommended you to follow my procedures.

CITK/CITW I would hold for mid term.

CIFL I will dump when time comes. Mad

You've done the primary mistake of thinking that you're a trader.. Ppl who trade do it with the experience they get.
Shares like PCH & CIFL are not for investment now. Those are for trading only. If new owners dont come and change the mind set of ppl, they'll stay as it is.

But COCR & CITW are not in this category. Especially for COCR, they embrace aggressive growth. And they at least pay 0.50 in dividends. so for a counter around 10-11 now, ur getting 0.5% as dividends.
CITW is yet to be build and expected to operate as a hotel in 2014 or 2015. REEF hotel group expects to increase their revenue with CITW & CITK, therefore what we're paying now is for lands only. When hotels are build and put into operations, their values will increase too.

At this point, dont try anything. But see if you can get rid of PCH & CIFL as these are speculative.
