These are the information about LCEM.
So you can get an idea about its potential.

http://www.dailynews.lk/business/rs-15b-proposal-revamp-kks-cement-plant

And also try to do some research on your own, rather than speculating.

It has great potential I agree. Also we need to look at the collections going on etc.
That way you can get in early with stocks that are of value.

immediately after war there was a demand for this share. Sooner there will be operations in KKS , was the justification. Now its an old story. I think there are many performing companies than trying to give oxygen to a nearly dead... Any way if the opertions start back Lanka Cement can be evaluted with results. Till then we dont have any base to comment on this company

Well something seems to be happening. A lot of trades going on.
As I remember there was quite high interest couple of years back and was trading around 30-40 Rs. This was mainly due to the fact that there was speculation that it was going to reopen.

Now there is renewed interest since the company has initiated a 1500 million project to start the company. Don't quite know the progress or details of this. So that is why it is important to keep track of the trades, activity etc.

Looking at where it is located and it's potential to supply especially the northern construction projects it can be a winner. But need to know the details.

But normally what happens is when we know the information it usually is far too late and the price might have flown off.

But invest wisely and do your own study to be sure on what you are doing.

Also from the CSE site these are the share holders as at september 2013
