and btw is the tax exemption still valid for debentures issued in 2014 ?

Guess would be they may keep around their FD rates , maybe just a little over.

The 27th January announcement stated the prospectus would have been available starting 30th Jan , yet I cannot see it on CSE nor on Vallibel websites. Can someone please post it ?

thanks, now I see everything has been uploaded on the new listings CSE webpage.
The yield is attractive and I think I will apply to this one also , with usual 2 millions only given it is a subordinate debenture of a finance company.
