Now the market is looking for a direction and I think JKH will decide the direction. This sleeping giant will wake up soon.

JKH been stagnant around 233 to 238. Good collection took place at these price levels. JKH will wake up soon and give a boost to the market.

Its a sad story to see some against Casino.  Evil or Very Mad
Buying JKH without the Casino licence is a worthy question you need to ask yourself.

Highly unlikely as Captains bought it well above that recently. If it comes to 210/= then there will be a market crash and ASI will be brought down to 6000.

I think JKH will move up to 250/= in coming months and continue it's uptrend with some resistance.

Friend you are getting it wrong. Its very hard to compare JKH with any other company in CSE. JKH is a well diversified company with interests in key areas such as,
1) Transportation
2) Chain of star class hotels
3) Banking
4) Insurance
5) Property development
6) Consumer food & retail
7) IT
8 Many more

CTC, LLUB, LGL, BUKI all these companies have mainly one product to sell and the risk is very high. However JKH has interests in all key areas and is expanding very fast. They are very innovative and always strive to increase the shareholders' wealth.

Lets compare the PE and NAV
CTC
Share price=Rs. 1,050
PE = 1,050/48.80 = 21 times
NAV = Rs. 23.04
PBV = 1050/23.04 = 46 times

JKH

Share price = Rs. 235
PE = 235/12.6 = 18.6 times
NAV = 124.10
PBV = 235/124.1 = 1.89 times

JKH has excellent PBV as a result of reinvesting and undertaking new investments.
