Please note that the CSE has imposed a trading halt on PCHH.N0000 pending further clarification on the disclosure made by PCHH on 08th August 2014.

I appreciate this action, and waiting to see What they are going to do it, here there is clear violation by all parties concern.

We should carefully watch what the SEC will do on this ......

Rishan seem to be the whistle blower in this case through his company secretary Very Happy

http://www.cse.lk/cmt/uploadAnnounceFiles/9381404444955_1195.pdf - which was posted to the CSE website, signed by the Secretaries & Chairman on 03rd July about the Board Meeting held on 30th June, 2014, Last Paragraph says " IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, The Secretaries are directed to inform and make a market disclosure immediately upon the said transaction being completed.

By his letter dated 08th August, 2014, http://www.cse.lk/cmt/uploadAnnounceFiles/3831407499277_1195.pdf - he said the sales took place on the 02nd July 2014.

Also about the Mandatory offer document contained major misstatement not informed to the market till 8th.

The 2 are a disgrace to the respective communities. thats all i have to say..... its pathetic ..and SEC should uphold ethics and really do a full inquiry. this man use politicians to cover up his mis deeds and poor unsuspecting retailers will pay ultimately for their mistake. that is why retailers must educate themselves.the srilanka equity forum and our members must take greater care in this regard to educate and empower them with knowledge about cse.our responsibilities are greater than before

What would Redington Global do in this situation? Will they buy the shares from Adams and go for another mandatory offer?

Redington holds nearly 18% and doctor holds 7%.
