Taught of sharing a inside info among all of you. Two months ago i have mention that CFL is going to de-list from the CSE and they are going to do a new IPO (Richard Pieris Finance). I told all of you guys to sell it when its trading 34 levels and most of them were against me on that time.
Anyways now its trading 26.50-27.00 levels and buyer is Richard Pieris Finance. Also their mandatory offer will be over very soon. (check www.cse.lk for more info) Once its over Arpico will announce that they will de-list the CFL from CSE and the good part here is they will offer 5 or more RICH.N.0000 shares according to sources.
Hope you'll can remember the de-listing process of SMLL.N.0000 they have given PLC.N.0000 shares to SMLL.N.000 shareholders and it was a interesting offer to the SMLL.N.0000 shareholders. And the best part is, same guy is involving CFL as well, he was the former operations manager @ PLC (who involved big time SMLL - PLC offer) on that time and now he is the CEO of Richard Pieris Finance (Mr.K.M.M Jabir).
