The financials for 31/12/2014 shows an increase in loss per share to Rs 0.54 from Rs 0.31 per share during previous 9 months.(74% increase in loss) Their revenue has dropped by 55% compared with previous. Now they are selling their Union Place & Vauxhall street properties for near 1 billion. The EGM is scheduled for 16'th March. So the share price is going up in anticipation of a large profit. But I don't think the share price can be sustained for a longer period. (Earlier the price was in Rs 6 - 7 range now above Rs 12)
