SCAP holding 22,193,281 AAIC
SCAP can move more than 10/=

Today only SCAP earn Rs.1.006 Per Share So not bad to buy even @8/=

today AAIC went up by 31.20
SCAP holding 22,193,281 AAIC
SCAP Total Issued Qty 688,160,000
So Today SCAP's profit only by this AAIC Rs.1.006 = 22,193,281 *31.20 /688,160,000

SCAP can move more than 10/=.. 123310

SCAP public holding only 2% shares very illiquid counter and easy target 10.00
EPS .53 cents and year end report still not come, good report will come.

my point is unrealized capital gain is not a big thing in stock trading(for main holder)

my idea is scap on its value now.

0.53*14=7.42

we have to wait one or two quarters. until they prove there profits very well.

My point is regardless of its profits, currently its moving with AAIC since ,SCAP is the biggest share holder. this can be further moved without waiting isnt it

what will happen AAIC drop its value. this is a sub division. nothing else. all high value shares will be sub division then its not new news. old thing in different way

then poor small investors, traders will trap

if you play. then play with safety

this is my idea. you can think in different way.every business has risk we have to mange risk

AAIC only 1.19% shares hold by smallholders its only 441 797 shares.

Today only 364,938 shares traded . seems like someone collect this from others .. I don't think so any major shareholder sold this ..

So AAIC is very very illiquid at this stage ..

AAIC move up to 200/= before split without any doubt

Subdivision nothing make difference its value ..eps ...Etc.. But it will make Big Difference with Trading opportunity
Most of the time I had good experience with Illiquid stocks .. even if it is good fundamental very hard to sell to the buyer because Buyers always bid in low.

if it is more liquidity then more buyers bid on it and the price goes down by 10 times so most of the small investors attract by this

So more opportunity to trade...( happened with SFL as well)

Without any doubt after split AAIC will trade 25/= level after split( at least 1st day of trading if AAIC stay at 200/= before split)

So decide the SCAP price now .. decision yours guys ......

IF AAIC go up to 200/= then after split if doesn't come down to 20/= then SCAP NAV will increase by more than 2/= and some time they can show in EPS as well

one example. have you remember WATA Sub division in 2010

1-10
price 330 ---> 33., after that price drop to around 6

now again 20 bcz of earnings and dividends.

about SCAP-- 7-8 is my valuation

10 and more is over value according to my view.

we have to wait another one or two quarters. analyze profits and make your decision.

this group always putting right issues

always try to stay with fundamental stocks (make your own way to find lower and upper bounds)
