The trading pattern of HDFC is better than BFL. As per PV s inner circle points, it exceeds BFL bullish patterns. I just look for HDFC as massive foreign buying was witnessed yesterday.
91% holds with largest 20 share holders ( 7 share holders own nearly 90%)

1. National Housing Development Authority 32,180,000 49.73
%
2. Lanka Orix Leasing Company PLC 9,707,740 15.00
%
3. Thurston Investments Limited 9,155,000 14.15
%
4. /DR.T.Senthilverl 2,300,000 3.55
%
5. /Thirugnanasambandar Senthilverl 1,774,393 2.74
6. AIA Insurance Lanka Plc A/C No. 07 1,143,148 1.77
7. Mr.Mahibalan Murugesu 300,473 0.46

Net profit has increased nearly 100% compare with last year same period.
2013/14 6 Months EPS Rs.2.86
2014/15 6 months EPS Rs.4.27
Forecasted EPS for the year with growth RS.9.62

HDFC has good retained earnings around 1847 millions,and a good cash position too. Its a strong bank with government Ownership
. In past HDFC share was trading Rs.1900 levels before the split. It was traded heavily 120-165 levels after split.. now The financials are better than before even June quarter EPS Is Rs.2.17

Buy considering all matters HDFCs Share price can pass 100 very easily ( based on technicals & fundamentals)
Don't forget Dr.senthiverl and family has nearly 7% holding. They are so greedy to banking shares. They have bought SDB too. See how SDB at the moment which means He may buy more shares from the market also foreign buying witnessed yesterday.

Today it can pass 80 levels very easily based on my charts. honestly i don't have any holding but looking to buy in early bird.
Best of luck

Hi Teller, I think HDFC recently did a sub division of share on 10 shares for one held proportion. This might hamper its price rise due to liquidity of its share even thought 9% are with minority share holders.i am right?

Hi Suspens, remember we join together with LHCL rallly. We helped our members to win. Next winning stock is HDFC. LHCL has a little selling pressure but HDFC is totally different from charts. I baught more LHCL,HDFC & Little BFL today.

LHCL------->70.00
BFL---------->185
HDFC-------->110.00

For my practices and past experiences in analysing graph inner circles shows more bulish trend to HDFC. If you missed the train of LHCL and BFL soooooooooo next train is ready. Its HDFC Train....100kmph towards to 100/-. Its a very easy task...
Remember When we tell ABAN,No one believe. But it reached to 160 levels. Its not too early or too late to buy stocks. Time to time we have to see developments. Good luck

Teller,

I don't like the heading of this post please. You can't compare these two companies like this. BFL has its own strengths and HDFC has its own strengths which are totally different from BFL.

I know one thing.Both these counters are good. Please don't compare good under valued counters each other.

Dear mr.bandara, this is a chart comparison onlly & this is the trading pattern only. (Thats why i clearly mentioned THE TRADING PATTERN) Its based on technical charts. There is no argument at all as we always talk about BFL. Remember i set my BFL target 140/- to 185/- and 185/- to 237/-. BFL is the market leader and having the best balance sheet in its industry .
When it consider the charts of HDFC, it shows some bullish inner and outer circles turning points are better than BFL. so in that scenario HDFC must pass 100/- in a short run.
We will wait and see how these share prices are performing in coming days.

BFL----->185/-
HDFC---->110/-

BFL has posted.RS.9.02 june quarter EPS now. So really intersting moment. Next quarter EPS may better than that. In that scenario BFL can give the best EPS in its history. BFL POINT OUT good pv charts which gave me a higher confidence to recommend at low levels.  so same way HDFC creates better pv chart than BFL. I was wondering with charts when i see it first time

BFL june quarter
http://www.cse.lk/cmt/upload_report_file/452_1439550628444.pdf

HDFC june quarter
http://www.cse.lk/cmt/upload_report_file/376_1439380586.pdf

People who trust us are real winners.

HDFC has an amazing loan book. It exceeds 25 billion(RS.25,000,000,000) as on 30.June.2015.  Most of the loans have been issued by 13% of average annual interest. So HDFC can earn a huge interest income in coming quarters.  Increasing of government employee salaries give them a better chance to issue high amount of loans too.
I can say Its the best quality loan book in the industry which is having higher percentage of mortage bacups

Investing in HDFC Is totally risk free as  Gold loan percentage is 0.001%. It will not effect to any risk factor due to falling gold prices.
They dont have much leasing and hire pucase advances so administrative expenses like ceasing & auctioning will remain minimum.
Mortgage means properties which is having better price appreciation than vehicles and machinaries. Vehicles,plants & machinaries can depreciate time to time even those are high risk assets as movable.

HDFC isued onLY 64 Million shares, from that 59.5 million shares own by largest share holders.
In this scenario HDFC available for trade only 4 million shares.  Almost nearly 2 million shares tarded 70-75 levels. So  I beleve these holders will sell over 100/-.
in this scenario HDFC is more attractive & better than before. Its a sleeping giant at the moment.

THE LOAN BOOK.

Housing Loans Secured by Primary Mortgage Over Residential Properties 7,615.6 million

Housing Loans Against EPF. 8,690.9 million

Housing Loans on Guarantors & Others 6,509.8 million

Gold Loans Rs. 189,000/-

Business Loans Rs. 390,457/-

Lease Rentals receivables Rs.211,254 /-

Hire Purchase Rs. 98,582 /-

Project Loans rs. 26,032-

Other Loans 1.4 million

Sub Total 25,166 million

In this scenario with further developments, HDFC annualized EPS Surely  to pass 15/- very soon. Foreigners has kept their eyes on HDFC too.   be first to own & win fast.

My very very short term HDFC Target is Rs.110/-
