1. Heavily geared
2. Very high premium on pricing
3. Values which I adhere,which prevented me from going for this IPO.

I think your question refers to my 3rd point
I'm not only concerned about earning money but also about the source of such income.
For example I don't invest in poultry,tobacco,brewery related stocks. I feel those as the businesses that I don't want to do,hence not to invest also.
I think each of us should have some ethical & moral values in addition to investment policy.
