It's my personal opinion that the market may see a greener day on Thursday. Last Tuesday, the market went down almost too much and it's now at the risk of falling below the 7000 mark. And so many people see the huge buying opportunity and they had a whole day on Wednesday to plan out their strategies.

So I think people will enter market on Thursday to buy some shares and this may end up as a greener day. At least that's the dream. We are in a huge drought and even the tiniest drop of rain is a great blessing.

So let's hope for a greener Thursday..

PS: If you study the market pattern in last two weeks you may see that after every three red days, there was a green day. And last Friday, Monday and Tuesday were red, so theoretically Thursday has to be green..

I may be wrong but, It will be red because of the bad publicity against Sri Lanka....

With the Vallibel one IPO, the market will go down further. It had happened with many good IPOS in the past, Union Bank, Laugfs most recent such periods

If the market shows evidence of recovering more investments would come.

Slight recovery could be expected across the market. And considerable price inrease in shares interested by HNWIs colud also be expected. I hope it will be a good day for many members of this forum.

Hi Mr Perera
No offense but just 5 topics below you can see someone else already opened a similar thread.

As I said many times before

OPEN YOUR EYES and do the business.

Good luck.....

20tomorrow at CSE can we see bull run or bear run or red? Empty Guys - Please Be careful! Thu Jun 16, 2011 1:22 am

Guys please be careful. MPI and ASI showing sell signals on MACD, TEMA, VWA and candlesticks. Just remember that in the recent past Fundamentally strong market leaders have started dropping and we seem to be going behind manipulated stocks at crazy PERs. These are signs of an impending correction (to put it softly)

Do not get into margins as you may be wiped out in a crash (even if it is short term). At least if you are in with your cash you can hold on. If you are in the margin and T+5 comes and you are force sold, you may be wiped out.

Think about the long and medium term trends in the market before you buy short term. do not buy falling knives thinking that a trend will reverse. There is no short selling in the market and therefore no reason for Elliot waves to apply when prices drop.

There were always reasons for market drops in the recent past - debt clearance/ bandwidths/ T+5. There is no real explicable and reversible reason now. There is the risk that the market has run out of steam.

I would be the happiest if another bull run starts, however please be careful - it is your hard earned money.
