I think all reef family shares are undervalued now and will cross the NAV soon. They have break even and returning to profits.

Usually profit comes after taking into accounts the Interests expense for the period. Means they are recovering.

Somehow, Dilith's investment in Colombo land is giving the entire group a new life after many years.
Kalpitiya became a no-go place for the hotel few years after the planning and they stopped the job.

In pre IPO period, CITK has put money to CLND and they hold 20 % of Colombo Land.

The value of CLND has increased by 2 billion this year and after 'differed tax-ing' it is 1.35 billion.
As CITK own 20% of CLND, CITK's 'profit ' in its books it is 274 million.
As CITK is a sub of REEF they also have the same amount.
If you check Cashflow of CITK and REEF you can see they are non-cash income.

Somehow, due to this investment , the asset value of entire REEF group has increased at a critical time.
In addition, operational income of REEF & CITW is growing nicely. This is the figure we have to watch to get actual business progress. But, they are still in losses.

CITK's EPS of +1.63 and REEF's +1.58 in this qtr are their shares of CLND revaluation.

If not 2015/16 YY Loss for REEF is 3.25.
If the growth if CLND continued and then REEF may get profits in money form in future. .

BTW, latest CEO msg in YY 2015 report says, as per Megapolice vision they are finalizing the development plan of 12 acres in Fort area. ( Notes to the accounts says the extent is 2 acres)

(49% of Agrispice pvt Ltd.) එහි මුල් වසර කිහිපය පාඩු ලැබුවා. 2012 දී ඇතිවූ ගින්නකින් තේක්ක ගස් යම් ප්‍රමානය්ක් පිච්චුනා. වත්මන් කාර්තුවේ එහි පාඩුව ලක්‍ෂ 6 ක් බව පෙන්වයි. ගිය වසරේ සමාන්තර කාර්තුවේ පාඩුව ලක්‍ෂ 19 කි. 2015 දෙසැම්බර අවසන් වන වසර සඳහා වගාවෙන් ලද පාඩුව ලක්‍ෂ 40 කි. මෙහි බිම් සකස් කිරීම හා ගස් සිටුවීම අවසන් වූ පසු මෙම පාඩුව අඩු වීම හා යටි වගා වලින් යම් ආදායමක් එක්වීම සිදුවිය හැක.
තේක්ක වලින් මුල්ම අස්වැන්න ගැනීමට අඩු ගණනේ තව දශකයක් පමන ගත වනු ඇත. එ නමුත් ගස් වල වටිනාකම කෙමෙන් පොත් වලට එක් කෙරෙන විට යම් අගයක් වැඩි වනු ඇත. Biological assets.
