There is strong speculation or rumors that JKH going to postpone the conversion date, this is the reason JKH losing its value below the JKHW23 warrant exercise price.
JKHW23 has to cease to trade at CSE by 27 Sept 2016 under the previous scheduled but JKH is losing its value. Don’t rush to buy the JKH warrant until received confirmation by JKH, this may be rumors.

Even if John Kells holdings requests from the relevant authorities ,postpone dates cannot be changed.do not get caught to such types of rumours.

Possible, but don’t fall on the trap, institutional investors were trickily downloaded the warrants on small investor’s head but they don’t have the financial capacity to converse the warrants anyhow they have to sell this warrants.
Next week Monday and Friday going to be holiday, warrants will be on turbulence this time most of the investor won’t exercise the warrant, due to this discussion is going on.
Now JKH is not taking any action to maintain the JKH share price above its JKHW0023 exercise price because of the overwhelming selling pressure.

JKH.W23 if extend the date another 6 month it will move up 10.00 +

They have already made an announcement - 3 days ago - via CSE that warrants will be ceased to trade on closing of 27th of this month.

Hence even if they extend the conversion date there will be no effect on trading because no one can sell them after 27th.

Last date of trading is 27th Sept.
Last date for payment is 11th of November. (conversion date)

Can the dates be extended? Is it allowed by law?

This date has been set over an year ago. I mean it is ethically incorrect to extend the date apart being legal or otherwise
