Now AEL has become a trading stock as it has exceeded it's fundamental value. On current earnings 30/- max. But some talk about some deal @ 40/-. That is speculation as it may happen & may not happen............

What we should do is to trade with it. Buy Monday morning & sell tomorow morning max at a profit or loss to minimize the risk.

Agree with RPPA. Good share for trading with all the govt contracts in their reach. Not a long term prospect because if they don't get paid with all these government borrowings, you will be left in the lurch. Remember what happened at Waters Edge.

With the contract from the Northern Highway (~ 40 BILLION contract) , we can expect really good performance by AEL

With the Avg margin from the Highway projects this will generate 8-10 billion over the next 3 years with the adverse cash flow during the early period due to the higher investments.

Both CML_MTD & AEL need to be under the radar as the contract will award soon to the five major local contractors.

mr sharemarket u think it will come down to 30.Im expecting this to settle around 32.we can see it tommorow.if it breaks 32 it will surely drops to 30 range

I think its better to collect this share next week( 6th 7th) ,,,then we'll get a nice discount price.most of panic sellers will sell this share . What a Face

But if MS win this will go down more (3 or 4 rps) cherry

if MR win this will go to 40..

Current earning can back the price 32/=. it might drop to 30 level maximum and build a support at 32.

do not worry too much about regime changes. Mr. Sumal Perera is a seasoned businessman. He will adjust to the changes. If anyone can remember, waters edge was owned by Access Group, the land has been acquired during Mrs. CBK era. she was in tight knot with Access. then Mr. Rajapaksha came to the power and brought out the corruption case of CBK.

But today, Sumal Perera is again in a good connection with Mr. Rajapaksha. if MR win, Access will be growing as it was, if MS win, Sumal will hurry to CBK to renew their old friendship.

There are few giants who can undertake large scale infrastructure projects in Sri Lanka, but only 2 have been listed in CSE. therefore, with any gov, they won't put down Access or MTD walker as they need competent local contractors.

Moreover, Access Engineering is having high skilled and qualified technical and non technical people as well as lot of heavy machinery. They are technically competent in tender procedures.

I do not hold access at the moment. looking forward to collect at 30- 32 level. but this is not a quick buck stock. we might be able to see this in 50 range in one year maybe.

Seems 32 has a very strong support.but I will collect on next week because I think there will be some panic selling when the election date is nearing
