Softlogic Capital PLC (SCAP) is engaged in investment management, insurance, leasing, hire purchase, granting loans, pawn broking and stock brokering, and providing management consultancy and financial advisory services. The Company's segments include Lease, Hire Purchase, Loans, Insurance and Investments. The Company offers a range of product and services comprising retail, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), corporate, institutional and net worth clients, which cover life and general insurance, leasing and finance, equity brokering and asset management. The net lending portfolio includes leasing and hire purchase, gold loans, group personal loans and business loans. The Company is the financial services sector holding company of the Softlogic Group. CRL has not completed mandatory offer for AFSL yet

According to this data from simply wall street app, 5.2 mil shares have been bought for 601rs. Any idea what this means?

Price quoted by softlogic will not be the same as ABANS FINANCE PLC has recorded improved finance performance.
