Net borrowings in the Cash Flow statement is high.
Also consider recent DEBENTURE ISSUE.

But after doing a google search, I found out that it's a scam.

HVA - I have made a lot of money out of this share.
I collected some during the past few months as i guessed that they would do good this year.
As predicted, they have and NAV is at 8.50 and Market price is at 6.60 
Huge potential to hit around 8 soon.
There is some resistance around 6.70 to 7.20 level , if it breaks it will reach 8.00 
then hover around 7.80 and gradually go up to 8 something with the next quarter reports or on a dividend announcement.

We dont need oil fields for bull market, but if we work hard with clear vision for companies and country we can do this, also we need to learn to respect each other and every profession and if we recognize hard working people in this country we can do this, unfortunately the president says "if it rains we dont have to work it will happen auto", this is the kind of leadership we have now, need to immediately get rid of this mentality, I was in Japan and USA for the last three months and saw how committed they are towards their professions and work, even at 90 age they work hard, they do jogging to burn fat and have very healthy by adhering to nutritious diets which includes a balanced combination of vege, meat, cereal and fruits, this is what we want for bull market
