Lot of investors do not like HJ or HJ companies. He is very unpleasant and unpopular figure in corporate world.once he had a fight with one of Sri lanka's prominent corporate leaders , Mr Mahendra Amarasooriya for commercial bank board.as a result voting rights were limited uoto a maximum percent of 15 for any bank.HJ's action in sampath bank was argued in courts and he lost.
As an investor he  is not worried about share holders of his companies.for an example Lanka milk food (LMF) his cost is below Rs 10.if company earns even Rs 100 per share ,he declares only Rs 3 as dividend.
HJ made few corporate mistakes which cost billions of rupees .one is not selling telecommunication arm of MELS group (Lanka bell)at the peak of telecommunication rally he could have divested this entity which has been making huge continuous losses .
Not listing Sri Lanka insurance in CSE and now it is not owned by HJ.
Simply HJ is one of the most selfish businesses leaders in sri Lanka who accumulates wealth and not worried about investors in his companies

I don't know what is real nature of Harry but if he were unpleasant to share holders and workers, then how he came this far as a successful businessman?

Killing.
Dammika is a man who takes overoll business as one from grasrrot level to top management.
An Example .as he took over hotel chain first he did was to upgrade the facilities given to drivers .which were neglected most hotels.that shows his understanding on grassroot level
Dammika's business adviser Nimal Perera add synergy to both investors and that combination was very successful.
After their split both were unable to make strategic investments.
When it comes to Ashok who is not afraid to take loans and make his investments with team of top head hunted management.
But he made a huge investment mistake by taking over ODEL at a inflated price.Even foreign were happy to sell their chunk to Ashok at that prices.he paid for brand name "ODEL" which was very expensive.
In my opinion ashok,s businesses model depend on spending pattern of consumers and all his investments are centered towards that goal..bit busy with work .I like to share some more on Sumal once time permits me
