Cic seems to be gaining momentum. Lot of ppl forget that they have a decent poultry sector which is expected post significant growth in Q2. Also all other segments would have performed well. Top line growth, better margins across the board and lower finance cost expected generate a significantly higher increase in bottom line compared with Q2 last year as well as Q1 this year. Expected a super quarter results soon.

CIC moving on very nicely. Wonder why people don’t talk much about this counter in this forum? For me a solid stock. Lot of buying and selling last few days and the prices moving along nicely!

CIC is performing well and already appreciated the prices. Good business !!

DIPD will come next great report within 2 weeks. Get ready for increase of the price significantly!!

Estimated EPS for 2020/21 Rs.90 with 3.4 PE. PE should be adjusted to 6 , 7 range at minimum with a massive price increase !!

No limit for their businesses in Glove & Tea industries !!

CIC hasn’t appreciated to reflect these earnings. 6-7x PE of sept annualized EPS should yield a price in excess of 150. Around 175 should be the minimum price for CIC.N given its H1 performance and future outlook!

Yes DIPD will be massive too!

4:1 Share split just announced! This will give much needed liquidity and trading boost to CIC!

In terms of valuations, Q2 CIC posted 7.50/- EPS which is almost 3x that of last year. In FY21 we can expect around Rs. 25/- EPS on a conservative basis. With 8x PE, this share should trade at 200/- which is a 50%+ upside to current price (voting share). Probably the main reason was liquidity I guess for the share to trade at a deep discount.

Since now that’s sorted out with share split, my expectations are that the price will move to Rs 200/- within 6 months (or equivalent of Rs. 50/- post share split!). Also note that historically Q3 has been their best!

එහිදී සීඅයිසී හෝල්ඩිංග්ස් පීඑල්සී හි අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩල සාමාජිකයන් මගින් මෙම කොටස් අතුරු බෙදීම සඳහා අනුමැතිය ලබා දී තිබේ. ඒ අනුව සමාගමේ සාමාන්‍ය කොටස් ප්‍රමාණයක් මෙලෙස අතුරු බෙදීමට ලක් කරමින් නිකුත් කර ඇති කොටස් ප්‍රමාණය ඉහළ නංවා ගැනීම සිදු වන බව සමාගම සඳහන් කරයි.
සීඅයිසී හෝල්ඩිංග්ස් පීඑල්සී සමාගමට අනුව, මෙම බෙදීම යටතේ සමාගම දැනට නිකුත් කර ඇති එක් සාමාන්‍ය කොටසක් තවත් කොටස් 4ක් දක්වා බෙදීමක් සිදු වෙයි. එසේම නිෂ්ඡන්ද කොටස් ප්‍රමාණයක්ද මෙහිදී අතුරු බෙදීමට ලක් වන අතර, එහිදීද නිෂ්ඡන්ද කොටස් එකක් තවත් නිෂ්ඡන්ද කොටස් 4කට බෙදීමක් මෙහිදී සිදු වන බව පැවසෙයි.
ඒ අනුව මෙම කොටස් අතුරු බෙදීමට පෙර නිකුත් කර ඇති සාමාන්‍ය කොටස් සංඛ්‍යාව වන 72,900,000 මෙම බෙදීමත් සමගින් එය කොටස් 291,600,000ක් බවට පත්වෙයි. එසේම අතුරු බෙදීමට පෙර නිකුත් කර තිබූ නිෂ්ඡන්ද කොටස් ප්‍රමාණය වන 21,870,000 මෙම බෙදීමත් සමගින්ම කොටස් 87,480,000ක් බවට පත්වෙයි.
එසේම මෙම කොටස් අතුරු බෙදීමට පෙර සමාගම විසින් නිකුත් කර තිබූ සාමාන්‍ය සහ නිෂ්ඡන්ද කොටස් ඇතුළු සමස්ත කොටස් ප්‍රමාණය 94,770,000ක් ලෙස සටහන් වන බවත්, මෙම අතුරු බෙදීමෙන් පසුව එය කොටස් 379,080,000ක් දක්වා ඉහළ යන බවත් සීඅයිසී හෝල්ඩිංග්ස් පීඑල්සී සමාගම සඳහන් කරයි.
කෙසේ වෙතත් මෙම කොටස් අතුරු බෙදීම හේතුවෙන් සමාගමේ දැනට ප්‍රකාශිත ප්‍රාග්ධනයේ වෙනසක් සිදු නොවන බවත්, මෙලෙස අතුරු බෙදීම හරහා අලුතින් ඇති වන කොටස්හි හිමිකරුවන් සතුව පැවැති ඡන්ද හිමි සහ බෙදාහැරීමේ හිමිකම් අවස්ථා එලෙසින්ම වන බවත් සමාගම පවසයි.
කෙසේ වෙතත් මෙලෙස කොටස් අතුරු බෙදීමක් හරහා කොටස් ප්‍රමාණය ඉහළ නංවා ගැනීම එම සමාගමේ මහා සභා රැස්වීමකදී ඉදිරිපත් වන විශේෂ යෝජනාවක් යටතේ එහි කොටස් හිමිකරුවන්ගේ අනුමැතිය අනුව සිදු කළ යුතු කටයුත්තක් වන බවත් සීඅයිසී හෝල්ඩිංග්ස් පීඑල්සී සමාගම වැඩිදුරටත් සඳහන් කර සිටියි.
