@Ahamed - If something happens in CSE try to identify “why” it happened in the first place. Whether share price increases or decreases.

So then why increased for Expo - The company is very strong now in terms of profitability and showed good results. August F/S came for first quarter and price shot up. That was not one off sale, pure revenue from customers which will continue (you can see next month)

So why decreased for Expo - Day Traders, Swing Traders and Panic Sellers who bought at lower or whatever prices saw an announcement which is i would say very normal from the company for CSE inquiries started selling at discounted prices. Even then with the demand the price came back to 9.

It increased more than 20% day before Yesterday, and dropped 3% even in the worst situation. That shows how strong this share is.

This share will reach IPO price and might declare a dividend too. I have sensed that people who couldn’t buy before now want to bring down the price so that they could buy. But Expo is collected in huge volumes by institutional investors and big ones who knows that the company can do wonders in future. Future is bright for this share.

Moved up and closing price was RS.9.8 as of 18th September. 10% return already for those who collected at RS.8.70 to RS.9 range.

Heavy buying was there even at RS.9.90 and RS.10.

Well, considering HAYC trading pattern today (25% gain) even before results are out, I would say Expo can gain minimum 25% post-earnings given the right market conditions!

As I explained several time in this forum need to wait qtr results are out to deciding the exit prices

NAPS arround Rs6-7 & price is heavily depend on the Qtr results & now im at a huge risk in consulting this, I consult you early based on the information available with me & still looking for a way to sell this.

By the looks of things EXPO doesn’t want to stop! It keeps going up. I wonder if the financials can justify these moves higher. Let’s wait and see

We have witnessed one of the companies made SUPER NORMAL EARNINGS in CSE and investor reaction in DIPD even with so much Foreign Selling. It is glad that investors are following GROWTH STOCKS which has earnings potential.

Investors have collected nearly 60Mn shares worth more than Rs 1,500,000,000 in EXPO in the price range of Rs 23.30~25 during yesterday and today in which I see as a strong STRONG BLOCK OF CONSOLIDATION before the financials for 2Q2020. Some of the investors are on the sidelines with EXPO as they do no try to TEST EXPO performance and waiting till the REPORTS are out. Some early panic sells are also experienced specially today. TOCKS which has earnings potential.

Investors have collected nearly 60Mn shares worth more than Rs 1,500,000,000 in EXPO in the price range of Rs 23.30~25 during yesterday and today in which I see as a strong STRONG BLOCK OF CONSOLIDATION before the financials for 2Q2020. What is important is the CONSISTANT DELIVERY of performance by EXPO in coming quarters. If EXPO can delivery SIMILAR or MORE than the EPS recorded in 1Q20[Rs0.89], we can safely say EXPO have the legs to DELIVER super normal profits in coming quarters and share price should adjust accordingly similar to DIPD.

The value of EXPO cannot be determined much by NAV. Since it adopts "LIGHT ASSET MODEL" EXPO do not own any ASSETS. EXPO operating model is similar to UBER, AMAZON, GOOGLE, etc. The share price of similar GLOBAL COMPANIES are primarily based on EPS.

For example

The book value of AMAZON is USD 164/- while EPS is USD 23/- and the share is trading @ USD 3,341/-

I expecting first half (Q1+Q2) earning nearly or around between 1.6 - 1.90.
Hope they can maintain their business cycle as equal to Q1 (Expecting Annual EPS 3.2).

As mentioned ONTHEMONEY, if they generates more than 2 EPS for its first half (6M), then really it will a unexceptional profits.
Thinking EXPO will become as a massive cash generating company in SL.

Also, Globally we can see all logistics divisions are generating massively improved profits due to higher rates.

if it is above, we assume unexceptional profits,

Absolutely, I reckon with future potential and expected earnings coupled with low asset base business model - this counter should trade above 15x PE multiple. Especially considering the future logistical potential to move C19 vaccines with high freight rates.
