Accordingly, the Company upon approval of its shareholders will allocate a portion of its shares to Dr. S.A. Gulamhusein and T.A. Gulamhusein, the two sole shareholders of Spice of Life.
Both of them are also directors of CFT and already hold shares of the company.
CFT says once it issue new shares to the duo under the swap deal, Dr. S.A. Gulamhusein’s shares in the Ceylon and Foreign Trades PLC will go up to 38.50% from the current holding of 25.77%.
T.A. Gulamhusein’s share holding will go up to 26.36% from the present holding of 0.29%.
The number of shares Dr. S.A. Gulamhusein and T.A. Gulamhusein already holds in the CFT, respectively stands at 36.132 million shares and 260,000 shares, respectivel
