Rep to Niggard. That was funny. Yes, we all being waiting and waiting.

Micky:
am no expert but most of the bank financials are not out yet. Maybe big timers and retailers are waiting for comb, hnb, ntb, seyb.mbsl, ndb etc to report financials. Only few banks have released results yet. Retailers cannot push bank shares up by themselves as there is quantity in most of them. As soon as they do seller come in. We saw this with the mini rally 2 weeks ago on low cap bank shares which ended prematurely.

When the big timers enter these will go up. Who know they too must be waiting for financials to be out to decide.

Join the club and hang in there.

Stock Trader

I think a bank run will happen with the trading commencement of Union Bank.

I personally think Union Bank is an relatively overvalued IPO (based on the earnings) to the sector, & when it gets to trade over Rs. 35-40 levels, it will look a bit ridiculous with more established banks trading at lesser multiples.

So people may be interested in the true value of the sector again....

I am Hopefully waiting (& praying for good results)....

I am keeping 43% of my PF on BFI shares...as somebody else mentioned, most of low value Banking shares are currently trading at prices that prevailed in November last year. A rally is certianly overdue.

Oooops sorry, yes I checked few counters after you made that statement and that is quite true. In general these low value banking shares are curretly trading at a very attractive price for those who wish to enter. I infact bought few shares in MBSL, Seyb.X today.

NTB & SEYB have declared dividends (Rs2 & 1).

NTB financials are out and it is pretty decent. This may be a trigger.

CDB also showed a lot of movement today...

Good luck
