Friends, pl. watch HPFL,Hydro power is going up. About a month ago also this went up to around 17/- and dropped to 13.90 level. Today up again to 16.40. Something is happening.Very Interesting.

ya something is happening and large number of trades were happened today. People bought large quantities around 16 - 16.10.

HPFL is funamentally sound..four Mini Hydro Power Generation Projects are under construction and two of those will commence generating power in
November 2011 and other two will commence operations in April 2012.
At the moment HPFL is operating with the capacity of 3.2MW which will
increase to 5.17MW by end of 2011. In addition to this, with the
commencement of Halgran Oya Mini Hydro Power Phase 1 and 2 the
total power generation capacity of the Company will go up to
8.77MWby 2012...So dont u guiz think this has better prospects..???

Thank u lamaya.Very useful and encouraging information. I also heard about two projects to commence in November.THIS COMPANY ALSO ENTITLE FOR CARBON CREDIT.

Within next six months the earnings are likely to be tripled in HPFL...ya they are entitled for carbon credits and those are tradeble securities...That means the Carbon credits they earn from the business can be sold.... pretty interesting stuff...!!!
