Special Attention with regard to the accounts
6 The Company holds a suppliers stock of jewellery amounting to Rs 1,170,022/-as at end of the quarter which suppliers has not
claimed for a over a period of 10 years.
7 The Board of Directors has decided to write back the total outstanding balance of Rs. 19,376,991/- payable to Ceylinco
Investment Company Limited as a non existing liability during the quarter as an amount received as marketing support
during previous year

The maket cap of blue is over 1.7bn rupees. thier gross profit for the quarter is 10mn rupees :p

They may have sold to bring down the share. It's interesting to see whether they or any supporting groups acquired shares after Sep. 30th. We can know only at the AGM.
Current directors want the share price to be remaining high. That’s why they released the results within 03 working days after Q2 ends. Normally BLUE results are released only after getting on to the default board. Anyhow by publishing results they have taken a very high risk. As most of the shares are with the public, it's interesting to see how they interpret the results after market opens.
1. If they appreciate the turnaround of the company, share price may go up, which will help the current management by making the takeover bit difficult.
2. But if the public got panic, as two major shareholders who wants to take over the company has reduced their stake, there can be a major panic selling. This will help BAT/SLIC group to collect at a lessor price.
Whatever the case it will open lot of trading opportunities.

Please study how they gained the profit. They have written off Rs 19,376,991 which is payable to Ceylinco Investment Company Limited. If you remove this one off gain, profit is marginal. Even in the previous quarter, company has got gain from settlement of credit facility, which as about 23 million. So, during last two quarters, company has got one time gain of 43 million.
