Can someone tell me whether Capital Trust follow T+3 or T+5? I bought some sure shares on credit but I'm still at a small profit due to the market condition of the past two days. If it's T+3, I would sell tomorrow morning for a small profit or if I could wait a day or two, I should be able to make a larger profit.
Thank you.

If your adviser is very friendly with you, tell him to allow an extra day for the clearance. Very Happy

How much is the penalty? This is the third day and I still have them. Lets see how long I can keep them.

They charge an annual interest of 24%, calculated based on your outstanding balance each day after T+3. It'll be charged at the end of the month.
Normally they don't force sell if the amount is less than 50% of your PF.

Ah yes I also knew that. For Rs.10,000, it will be Rs.6.57 per day. A little too much but ok nonetheless as you can earn more than that if you use it wisely.
