Why REG went up suddenly? I think its technical.. later on manipulated..
Though this was not on a down trend, before the run starts, see the boxes I've highlighetd.
It has formed a bullish engulfing pattern which is a bullish reversal pattern, usually occuring
at the bottom of a downtrend.
First sign of the pattern doesn't carry enuf volumes to go up though SAR, RSI was on the up trend.
But Second sign was a perfect indication of a bull run - look at the RSI & MACD signals and trend line crossover with hi volumes, this has indicated a collection..
We have another bullish engulfing pattern confirmation with y'day's close. RSI is up and MACD still up and volumes slightly up too..
Sometimes this can initiate a run or a pathway for big guns to exit..
However this is way overvalued now.. fundamental value is 200-250 max, so dont burn your fingers
