And On a seperate account I bought LGL.X at 28

I'm wondering whether on Wednesday Its gonna go down even further than 27.5

LGL (N) send high to do this transaction . Seller Laugf/ Buyer EPF ( subject to confirmation)
That's why LGL (x) didn't perform accordingly. Lots of experts talk about the price disparity, i decided to keep mum. This was on the cards for at least last 2 months

EPF Does not hold that much of quantity (today 33M @ 48 and last Friday big quantities @ 48).I think Laugh Holding Sold some to EPF.There is a rumor that government going to give managing authority of Litro to LGL.If it's true EPF fund may use to get more holding power of LGL.
Anyways now below 48 is very attractive.

Still there are no official news about these crossings. Here i mention what i think,it's only my opinion.Crossings are execute only both parties see potential benefits,Today whole market drops no significant rally's from any share. It's kind of dead day to CSE.

It's obvious that government is set to strengthen their position in Key sectors of economy

Now they already have Litro gas, and with probable Gas exploration in Mannar, they might think of further strengthening their stake of the other market player, which is LGL. Now it's clear that the Government related funds slowly bought some amount of LGL shares from the market and then came this Crossing between Parent Company and EPF. I'm sure State funds will continue buying LGL share in next few weeks as they did with TESS,BLUE etc. and we can expect some upward trend probably of both voting and non-voting shares. On the other hand, some people of the forum might know that, there are some other hidden transactions(Small Scale) also contributed to last few weeks collection of LGL just the same way we observed during past few years.

This is only my observation, not buy and sell recommendation
