I think foreigners bought into JKH today, via crossings, that is the reason for the net foreign inflow.

Many are not aware of market conditions prevailing. They are not to be blamed as they make an effort to earn something out of daily trading. Unless they are educated or learn themselves the behavioral pattern of the market they keep on going what they do on daily basis. What happens to square peg in the well???

The reason what I feel for most locals to sell share when the price drops is due to the pressure of not loosing money and most of it is due to credit purchase and have to meet T+3 days. So within this T+3 days they need to earn a profit.

Therefore if you study it carefully one of the cause of the downfall of the Stock exchange is T+3 pressure. Since they are willing the sell at low price the buyers are waiting to get it at lower price. If the Seller is not willing to sell then their will be no buyer to buy at lower price. If you take a look at the order book of high price shares you could see even though their are buyers at lower price most sellers do not come down to that extend. As a result even in a volatile market sellers do not fall in to the pressure of the buyers or the T+3 credit rule. Since most of them dont buy these shares on Credit or they have been given long term credit by their brokers. So these share price are more stable.

Therefore we too should take this in to account when trading. Not to sell at lower price but try to maintain the price without dropping it. By doing this we can keep the market movement upwards or at a stable level.

Would like to have your comments on it.

Last 3 days foreign buying is higher than selling. It is good sign for recovery.
