Post your favorite stock these days, which has the potential to give multiple returns in coming week(s)/month(s)/year(s). But ONLY one! Give your reason for the selection.

Thanks for advice. It is safer and stock prices can become stable when there is no credit. It is a totally different story in December when it comes to clearing remaining 25 percent credit accordance with CSE circulars, when it comes to force selling, share prices decline sharply..... as it is not necessarily on a voluntary basis, regardless of whether there are buyers or not stocks can be forced to sell at whatever the available price on that day,...... which is usually an extremely unsatisfactory low level. Once this process is over share prices can move up on supply and demand basis. panic selling is also done on a voluntary basis, seller has some options. Clredit clearance is one of the worst form of selling.....mmmm... there are may be much worse forms .....force selling is one of the terrible forms.... the impact on the indicses is immence and unbearable..current spell is not force seling ... worse form is yet to be seen.... even if it is postponed .....further delay and that is a prolongation of agony...

Aimiable working hard on his collection campaign,I recommend you to see his recent comments, don't sell a single share, don't buy on credit, surprises will be there on December, not a disaster. Very Happy

trying to average also difficult ,then there were margin calls....these are practical problems.... some investors have gone through these diffculties ..... those who have experience facing such situations know the realities...it is upto the individuals to judge what is the exact situation....those who cant understand ....that is fine...

Buying these days is like putting your leg in muddy waters without knowing the depth.

But again without the buyers we too cannot come out of the mess. True for those who hv funds without using the margin then its time 2 buy. But if you notice week over week price of good or bad share has gone down by 10%. Therefore in today's situ their is no share that is great to buy until it reach a stability level.

Avg your cost is impossible so trying to do that will also lead in buying more using who's capital ?

RCL - Low PE, Major Expansion Plans, Strategic Acquisitions, Tax Breaks, Good ROE and Growth YOY, Future Demand in construction sector/hotels, Subsidary of VONE and good management, Quality products, Minimal competition due to high import tax and product range is different and much better than CERA/TILE.

Cheers!

Difficult to answer by naming one share. I think best investment now is Construction related and Bank related shares with PE less than 10.

As long term investments; RCL, LFIN, VONE, HSIG, RENU to me are more important..
Also CTLD like companies in property sector looks promising too.

But if you look at the current scenario, buying the following shares near bottom can give u a short term return if the ASI bounce back from a lower level of 5600-5800 as well; GREG, REEF.W, CSD, PCH, KAPI.
Note: I mean bottom..

Not a buy sell recommendation..

Hi all,

for me it is REEF.W19 - if you can wait 3 years

Current price 16/- converting cost 40/- (future value 26/- in 2015)
total present cost per share = 42/-

Anticipated EPS of REEF in 2014 - 2015
15/- to 20/-

( as per their business plan, room nights to be increased from current 18,000 to 146,000 /y with new hotels - refer indi. adv. report given during the offer of Imagewise )

I consider min PER 10 for 2014, possible share price = 150.00 to 200.00 in 3 years.

Max 20PER x 22EPS = 440.00 or higher beyond 2015

Note:
Pl do not rush to buy making this bullish unnecessarily.
Because this is just an assumption. Success is heavily depend on timely construction of new hotels, brand management, condition of the country and arrivals of high end guests.

Keep watching, re-check my maths, decide what to do and you can blame or praise me in 3 years time.

CFT,.

The year 2009/2010 On loss.
The year 2010/2011 turned to profit
EPS from negative to .17 last year
PEG is expected to increase rapidly as import export business to grow with the economy
Small amount of shares issued and highly volatile when the market is positive.
If you keep an eye always you can make a profit

Hi, regarding REEF.W19-We are getting one REEF share for every 2 warrents aren't we, then the initiil cost would be higher.correct me if i'm wrong.
