Now we can't predict the market as early years.(2011 is totally different story for the CSE history). Some news can drive the market for a 1-2 days not more than that..!
The main reason is "lack of confidence and Interest for the CSE". At every possible chance investors drop their stocks without taking further risk.
So there should be a logical strategy to develop the confidence and interest of CSE among the investors.
It is no point to going after new investors unless they are HNWIs.
There are lot of promotional campaigns at every possible place. Poor people put their money on a scam without proper knowledge and experience and now they are cursing to CSE and there are so many of them all over the island, they don't let their relatives and friends to get in to the same trouble. Thats true that no body force them to put their hard earned money in the CSE but they had enough reasons to do so such as low savigs and FD interest rates.
Even some experienced Investors have left due to problematic situation of the CSE.
SO there is net Out flow of capital from the market that U all can understand I believe.
Now the BUBBLE has shrunken a bit which may be still unstable, may need further shrinkage. But if there is some methodology to give some compliance to the bubble it may not blast soon.
CSE need sustained energy to to keep confidence then the interest will come and investors will be back.
Most ppl in cash awaiting not the so called recovery sign but reliable stability of the CSE.
