Correct! - The answer is D) Ability to make day to day business decision.

Explanation

As a shareholder, you have many rights including voting rights and a claim on the assets and earnings of a company. However, the rights of the shareholder don't extend to allowing you to make day to day decisions. This is handled by the management and employees of the company.
