Agreed and like to add more .,traders should not be treated like kids.,they must have knowledge before they enter the scene.,instead of imposing some thing like price band,SEC should implement on educating investors,before they rush in marketing to get more innocent people like farmers,village people who has no capacity to understand much.,Guiding is rather acceptable than imposing rules.,Leo wrote:Is AAF the only share which fluctuated ? any were manipulated. Price band is a crazy action. Traders must be more knowledgeable and less greedy in dealing with manipulated shares. If so no need of banding. Self discipline must be there
