How to find foreign selling shares and quantities ,please tell.

below is my way

1.each day get the 'daily report' pdf from cse.lk (http://www.cse.lk/cmt/upload_cse_report_file/daily_report.pdf )

2. once you get it, go to the last few pages of it, where you have 'foreign holding' in one of the colums

3. compare the values with previous days daily report.

if there is an easy way, please let me know. i was thinking to make a pdf parser and make the whole thing automated , but the free time is hard to come by.
