Since Feb 23, CDAX system is not working properly. They are unable to rectify the situation.

Please look into this.

CDAX is nearly 4MIN delay with CSE
any one rectified this issue?

worst system ever. Still they couldn't fix. 4 f...king days now. screw them.

I don't think there'll be any help by complaining to the CSE or SEC about the CDAX issue.
You should either complain to the CDAX developing company or your broker. Better to make a complain to both these parties, as both are responsible for the issues in the trading software.

CSE was approached only after Broker and CDAX could not rectify the situ,

CSE assured to look into it.

I complained to my broker firm @ afternoon and they said they are solving the problems and there will be no problems after Monday(5). Also said there are restrictions for historical data and they are discussing with the authorities.
