But all Margin account providers at the same time? Mr rishan can have different agreements negotiations with different providers right. But if force selling looks like several providers all agreed to sell on the same date ?

I Don't think so will wait until the next report out to see the Shareholders list, if the buyer is one person then we can wait for that details i think!

If this was selling by him, looks like the earnings/dividends from PCH company is not going to even cover part of massive losses.

No need to wait till next report. Rishan have to declare it to the CSE. He is the executive deputy chairman. Normally he had the practice of declaring on the following day.

I don't believe this is force selling. Only in last week he re-constituted the board of directors at OGL. Most probably this is an internal transfer. But on the day he bought the stake, he said he will bring in a Bangladeshi partner. But this transaction has no such signs, as it's a local to local crossing.

According to LBO.

Five parcels totaling 15.45 million shares of Orient Garments were traded off-market at 15.20 rupees each with deals being a transfer between an investor and a private holding company, sources familiar with the matter said.

transferred to PCH Holdings I guess.

Anyway I don't think he would have found some 'investor' to buy all that lot.

There was a mandatory offer by PCH Holdings & Rishan in August 2011. Can Mr Rishan transfer the shares below the mandatory offer?
