මෙම සමාගමට එරෙහිව කොටස් නියාමක ගෙනගිය පරීක්ෂණ කටයුතුවල අතුරු ප්‍රතිඵලයක් වශයෙන් එම සමාගම සතුව විදේශයක තිබූ බව කියන අරමුදලක් විකුණා දමා එහි මුදල් මෙරටට ගෙන ඒමට සමාගම පසුගියදා කටයුතු කළ බවද සඳහන්ය.

කෙසේවෙතත්,මේ සම්බන්ධයෙන් “විමසුම” කොමිසමේ නිළධාරින්ගෙන් කළ විමසීමකදී ඒ පිළිබඳව සැබෑ තත්ත්වය පිළිබඳව ඉදිරියේදී හෙළිදරව් කරන බව පමණක් සඳහන් කළේය.

Good question & simple answer
Its an ALIEN company.

Countless warrants,
unrealisty market behaviours.
No respectable company or person's name within top 20 main shareholders. ( As far I as know N perera sold his shares)
etc etc

But unfortunately it could be the biggest listed company in sri lanka in few years time.

Few of my friends and relatives benefited from GREG being the early birds to hop on board.. still they keep a little amt in case Twisted Evil

This is an unpredictable share and ppl who dont know the personality of this have to keep away from it..
If anyone wants to check, GREG.W2 is good below 40.. Last month I checked my luck n exited with a lil profit and I think if I'm gonna go with GREG, that's only W2 for shortest term possible Wink

Apart from this CLPL frin GREG family is attractive now due to warrant conversion in hands.. This was brought to light by Seyon and I still think it can go way forward..

the biggest problem that i have with this company is their business model !
their annual report is totally full with economic and other statistics about the country but no clue about where the company going with that bla bla .... !

no one understand what they are doing. this lack of transparency looks very dangers to me. Shocked

How about buying to be bankrupt companies and "hoping" for turn arounds so it can improve their bottom line? Then gives rights and warrants to collect bigger money through the bought companies. Out of their holdings only CLPL looks somewhat promising at this stage.

Hi Meta Trader

Yes there is a lack of transparency on their foreign investment in eastern platinum and other IT related companies. However the local investment like CLPL and DPL are on track to highlight its performance after ERI involvement.. Further sale of eastern platinum gives 56% capital gain and about 400Mn will be reported in the last quarter results, with this capital gain GREG expected one year bottom line would be Rs.1.6Bn and EPS would be more than Rs.5..

as smallville mentioned Warrant 2 is trading at discount, since if u see the last year trading pattern of the warrant 2010 and 2011 there were no big gap between the warrants... I personally think gap would fill in near future....

If u look at the stock and warrants current trading pattern , one day the stock started to claim and the following day it comes down, that mainly due to the investors credit, they try to earn quick and minimum return... This affects the personality of the stock in investor's mind...

I guess ERI will come out with some good investments in this quarter, as they have excess cash of Rs.4.1Bn comes fro eastern platinum sale...

Will see what is going to be happened in new future...
