Actually america's history of human rights violations is far worse than sri lanka. Until the 70s black couldn't attend the same schools as whites in parts of the country, the blacks had separate public same from the whites.

Frankly i don't see the point of all this. Americans table a resolution and then water it down twice. This doesn't even remotely look like a resolution against sri lanka.
