Dear all SEF members,

It seems to be something is happening in the market and prices of counters are going down drastically. You might have got afraid because of this unexpected and unfortunate incident. You're heard only bad news these days and they tend you to sell your own shares as soon as possible.

But guys and gals,

Just think, do you like to buy gold spending thousands and sell them at hundreds? Your friends will say 'you are a fool'. This example is completely relative to the current situation. Gold is similar to shares. If you sell off all shares at losses at any prices, you will definitely get a huge loss but nothing more than that.

Then you will say

'So, you tell to hold. But all counters are depreciating everyday. Are you gonna pull us into more deep'

If we consider this in economics, this is a clear bubble. Now it is is crashing. You no need to know economic to understand this because you have experienced the heavy rising period of the market which had been taking place about 1 year ago and the continuing downward which has been happening since few months ago. Every bubble has three major points; starting point, highest point, and the lowest point. After a bubble crashed, normally the situation normalize itself. These economic bubbles can be seen in stock markets, main economies of countries as well as in the vegetable market.

WHAT THAT MEANS?ah?

Simple! That means we will get time to happy. Everything changes according to the law of nature. So don't worry. We will definitely have an opportunity cut our losses in the future. But don't ask me the date. I'm not a future teller.

What do we do now?

First,Remove negative and sad thoughts in your mind and be calm. Don't dedicate even a single minute to make you worry by looking at the market. Do your job properly than ever before. It's stable unlike our CSE. Dedicate some time to have some fun to relax yourself because high stress can cause heartaches as well as death. Recover yourself first and the situation will recover automatically.

Remember, If you gonna get losses, you burn your hard earned money without a flame and you indirectly make losses to thousand of poor investors.

Really appreciate your effort.

Most of the guys run away when mkt is crashing. Look at it as an opportunity.

During War time, when we heard that about a bomb blast, we used to buy heavily on the crash. Because that was the only opportunity in dull markets. Not like now, positive news from companies was very rare those days.

So be calm. Look at Reef.W18. Now all panic selling is over. Today even in this crashing market no sellers it got appreciated.

@Roboticfx: Good advice.

I had decided not to buy any more until the uptrend starts. But, on Friday, the prices of one particular share seemed to be so attractive that I grabbed the opportunity. I will probably regret it because the share is on a temporary downtrend. But, at that moment, my mind was weak.

What about if you brought small quntity day by day the same share so you can cover if it is in further downtrend..

I think it's better to postpone purchasing until the ending of heavy downtrend. Otherwise, you may stuck your money more and more. You can capture the turning point easily by the bid/ask price and bid/ask quantities.

That true.. but some time with heavy fake orders it will be difficult and next major thing is we are not full time investors ne.. so monitoring every day is very hard... Very Happy
