Net profit down 11%. Revenue up just 9%? I thought this was an emerging frontier market with massive growth massive profits massive tourism massive travel massive things

but compared to the performance over last few quarters, this qtr has done well. They are expanding capacity 20% each year for next 3 years i think.

PER around 4X!

What ever the share price, chicken companies will do well in 2012/13 year than 2011/12. It will be the primary protein source for country. You can buy 2kg of chicken for the price of 1kg of fish.

Safe investment, if buying go on slab basis as market is volatile.

Do not expect fish prices to remain at these levels.This happens every year.Then prices come down again.

I can remember simillar selling by directors of FLCH sometime ago and some poeple shouted why the hell directors were selling far below the NAV but ultimately they(Directors) seems to be correct.

Same thing happened to DIMO. When a director start to sell to his stakes, DIMO couldn't move further though the company performed exceptionally during the period. Fortunately the directors was able to sell some of his stake between Rs 1300/- and 1500/- last year.

Tourist arrivals increased by 46.1 % in 2010 to 654,476 from 447,890 in 2009 surpassing all the previous arrival records. And in 2011 tourists arrivals were seen a recorded increased to a 855,975. Which was a 30.8% growth YOY.

With the expectation of a higher tourits arrivals in coming 2 years, there'll be a good demand for meat items in coming years.

Could it be due to an employee share option or script dividend on the way? Maybe he is realizing some early profit for his expenses. The selling quantities so far have been not massive compared to his holdings. Don;t see a big need for a right issue either for BFL right now. Let watch more.
