Please note the following points.
1. Out of the 115,625,000 Ordinary Voting Shares to be listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange 59,999,995 shares (52% of the total Shares) will be available for trading from the first day of trading of the Company's Shares. The balance 55,625,005 shares will be available for trading from 20th of June 2012.

2. 25 % of the company Shares were transferred at Rs 9.78 to First Capital Holdings Limited (20%) and Next venture Limited (5%) on 09/08/2011.

3. On 28th of December 2011, the Company subdivided its Ordinary Shares on the basis of Two decimal Five (2.5) Ordinary Shares for every One (01) Ordinary Share held. This increased the total number of Ordinary Shares of the Company from Forty Six Million Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Shares (46,250,000) to One Hundred and Fifteen Million Six Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand (115,625,000) Ordinary Shares.

4. The Shares amounting to 11,567,500 of OFSCL which were held by Orient Capital Ltd amounting to 10% of the total Shares of the Company were transferred on 20th of March 2012, in order to comply with the 10% public shareholding. Out of the 11,567,500 Shares 5,000 Shares were transferred to Mr. M. J. Travis Waas. Mr. M. J. Travis Waas..s shareholding is not considered as Public Holding. The Shares were transferred at a consideration of Rs.14/- per Share.
