Could someone in this forum confirm me whether there is an important party is interested of having a substantial stake of ASIR from the retail market .. ? And, the very same investor is using so called the bear tactics to collect from the bottom undetected .. ?

Sometime back Harry J tried to get a controlling stake.But failed.
Later he sold Lanka hospitals and exit form health care business.
It may be he is trying again.
But this is only a guess

ASIR - a great company that had a mandatory offer of 9 LKR by Softlogic. This was even before all the hospitals held by ASIR were'nt even making profits. Now, all the hospital are making moeny and ASIR is doing great. Its the countries largest hospital chain by the amount of beds. Great company to own specially at these prices. Any stakes crossing would go at a much higher price than the high of 12.40 which was hit about 18 months ago.

What massive collection. Only 63,000 shares collected in 14 trades. Turnover is only 472,000/-. Is it a massive collection in your dictionary?

However, cash map is 98%, which look better.

If cash map is 98% it is a sign of buying pressure.

@glwking | Alright, omit the adverb MASSIVELY .. Now, we will use your data for a quick snapshot : 98 % seems there are virtually no sellers.
I am monitoring ASIR very closely since the split. This is one of the few shares did not nose dive during the CSE overall drop in the recent past. One or two broker companies are exercising each and every bear tactics to keep ASIR price at bay. Mandatory offer did not work out. An orchestration is going on to consolidate an interest of a major player .. !
