ROE 36.13% decreased 28%
EPS Rs:303.87 increased 27%
PER 3.23 times decreased 48%
Dividends Rs: 40.00 decreased 34%
Share Holders Fund Rs:7,465 mn increased 78%

Current Ratio year end 1.55 times improved 22%
Quick Assets Ratio year end 0.34 times decreased 60%

Debt/ Equity year end 13.4% improved 37%
Interest Cover 15.64 times decreased 10%

PS- The Annual Report printed on heavy paper weighs One KG, printing & dispaching cost would have been more than Rs: 500/=(postage stamps Rs:70/=). They could easily pay another Rs:10/= as dividends if they sent a CD instead.

Except for this great negative mentality see no reason why DIMO should trade at Rs 600. NAV is over 800 PE now is 2+ as you mentioned. Even if EPS drops to Rs 35-40 for the next few quarters ( their portfolio is more on TATA which has tax benefits so I do not know how much earnings it can drop further) this is clearly worth over the NAV and in a bull run can gain 100-250 % when the times comes. No matter what ever said and and done these high vehicle taxes won' tlastfor ever ;-) Until such time, somepeople will slowly collect.

I was wondering the same about SMLL report.

Postage was around 550/- i think

High time they send e-format unless requested by shareholder. These are clearly unnecessary expenses and they surely save these costs to pass onto shareholders. What they should do is get consent from shareholder to send all future reports as e-format. That way they will have a rough count to print the approx minimum number of hard copies.

It is not just waste of money.....It is waste of paper and ultimately may be forest also.They should protect the forests as they manufacture/distribute CO2 producing - O2 consuming products Wink
